This film was designed as part of our active school process to secure our active flag this school year (2013-2014). The active school committee came up with the idea and developed a storyboard. They enlisted the expertise of Mr.John Crowe who trained a group of 6th class pupils in camera and sound work. The whole school was involved in a days filming with many days of previous rehearsals and singing! We hope you enjoy the film and remember to GET ACTIVE EVERYBODY!

Parents, you are invited to join us for a lovely walk in Knockbarron Wood, Kinnitty.
The forecast is quite good for Friday so let’s make the most of it!
The bluebells are in full flower and would bring a smile to your face and put you in good form for the weekend ahead!
We will meet at 9.30am near the playground carpark where we will organise drives to Kinnitty.
Bring a drink and wear comfortable shoes. This walk is through a wood, so it isn’t suitable for buggies as it’s a bit hilly in places.
We will be back in Birr again for 12pm. Hope you can make it!
